Beware of unauthorised ticket agents and individual re-sellers  (including tickets offered on eBay, Gumtree and Craigslist, Instagram and Facebook and re-sale sites such as Viagogo and Stubhub), buying from them can be a lot of trouble. It’s possible you’ll pay over the odds for a ticket that may have never existed or might never materialise.

We have compiled a guide to avoiding touts and unauthorised websites and agents. We recommend you DO NOT BUY from these sites. We the promoter (Festival Republic) have not supplied any of these sites with any festival tickets and cannot guarantee the authenticity of any tickets they may be offering for sale.  For more information see our Anti Tout Guide.

We monitor the internet and do what we can to prevent fraudulent activity but the best way to prevent fraud is to not risk buying from unauthorised sources.

Children under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (18 or over) at all times and will need a full price ticket.
We do not accept any parental or supervisory duty of care or liability for any under 18’s on site.

Under 5s (ages 0-4) are allowed for free – no child ticket required, but must be accompanied by a ticket holding adult.

Please bring ID. if you look under 25 years old remember that legally there is no automatic right to be served alcohol. Service is always at the discretion of the licensee for whatever reason they decide, and the licensee is under no obligation to explain the reason.

The only accepted proof of age documents are:

  • A Passport (Not a photocopy)
  • Full Driving Licence or Provisional Licence
  • A Proof of Age Card bearing a PASS hologram
  • A Ministry of Defence identity card
  • A National identity card issued by an EU member state
  • A hat, sunscreen, sunglasses, rainwear, woolly jumper/fleece and, of course, your ticket!
  • Bring enough cash and/or a cash card (keep it safe!) There won’t be cash machines onsite.
  • You will also need ID if you want to buy alcohol and look 25 or under. For further information on age restrictions please refer to our age restrictions section.
  • Medication – If you need to bring medication with you, we recommend bringing a doctor’s note or a prescription for it if it is not easily recognisable. We’re not doctors, please be understanding if we question what you’re bringing in as it is important to prevent drugs getting in to the festival. Plus, tell your friends of any allergies you have.
  • Check the latest weather update before you leave for Gunnersville.
  • Bring a refillable metal or plastic water bottle to refill at the free water points
  • Illegal substances & legal highs (Inc. nitrous oxide, psychoactive substances and herbals highs) – Just say no! If found with these you will be evicted from site, or rejected from the gates.
  • Standard compact cameras will be permitted, though you will not be able to take in c camera with a lens longer than 6 inches. Video cameras are not permitted on site. Mobile phones that take video are permitted.
  • Food hampers/cool bags/boxes; alcohol; You can take snacks into the festival for your own consumption. Empty refillable metal or plastic bottles are permitted and they can be refilled at the water points inside the arena for free. If you are bringing snacks and an empty bottle, please do so in a carrier bag or small rucksack.
  • Glass bottles or containers.
  • Offensive weapons or anything that may be considered offensive.
  • Pyrotechnics or fireworks; distress flares & flares; smoke bombs.
  • Laser pens.
  • Paper lanterns.
  • Flags on poles.
  • Tables; chairs of any sort, including stools, floor seating and shooting sticks; gazebos and parasols.
  • Barbeques or any kind of cooking apparatus.
  • Large (golf) umbrellas.
  • Bicycles, scooters, roller skates.
  • Drones.
  • Sound systems (including personal speakers)

  • Large bags are not allowed to be taken into the festival. There is no cloakroom. Small bags are allowed into the festival with the dimensions W21cm x H30cm x D8cm (A4 Size).
  • Bags will be searched on entry to the event, to avoid lengthy queues we strongly advise that you do not bring a bag. We appreciate your cooperation and patience when entering the festival.
  • Bags must not be left at entrances or surrounding areas. Any items left will be removed and disposed of accordingly.
  • Any item(s), which may reasonably be considered for use as a weapon, or which may cause danger or disruption to any other persons at the event, will be confiscated.
  • Please allow plenty of time to get into the event, and for concert entry procedures, ticket checks and searches.
  • Persons suspected of carrying items that may be used in an offensive or dangerous manner, or carrying out illegal activities within the arena or other parts of the site may be searched.
  • You may be searched on your arrival or exit.

You can take snacks into the event for your own consumption. Empty reusable plastic and metal bottles may be brought into the site and they can be refilled at the water points inside the arena for free.

If you are bringing snacks please do so in a small rucksack/bag. Please refer to guidance on bag sizes.

Please don’t bring any alcohol or glass containers/bottles of any sort.

Security measures are in place at the event entrance. Large bags are not allowed to be taken into the festival. There is no cloakroom.

Small bags are allowed into the festival with the dimensions W21cm x H30cm x D8cm. We appreciate your cooperation and patience when entering the festival.
